Terms of Service
1. Scope and contracting party
These Terms of Service govern the use of the services “streamion.bot” and “streamion.server” (together, the “Services”) and all contracts concluded in respect of them with:
LSKS Consulting
Frank Flamme
Friedrichstr. 155
10117 Berlin
Deviating terms of the user do not become part of the contract unless the provider expressly agrees to them in text form.
2. Description of Service
(1) Subject matter. streamion.cloud provides two services that can be used independently of each other: the automation service streamion.bot and the hosted streaming infrastructure streamion.server. Both are provided as software-as-a-service over the internet. No software is supplied for permanent installation on the user's own systems.
(2) streamion.bot. streamion.bot is a web-based service for automating workflows around live streams on Twitch. Its functionality includes in particular:
- chat commands, counters and keyword-triggered auto responses;
- automatic reactions to channel events such as follows, subscriptions, raids and bits;
- scheduled chat messages as well as quote and clip management;
- rule-based chat moderation;
- overlays for use in streaming software, including alerts, scenes and text-to-speech;
- loyalty points, watch-time tracking and Twitch channel-point actions;
- integration of third-party services, in particular Twitch, Discord, Spotify, YouTube Music and StreamElements.
Users sign in with their Twitch account; no separate user account is created. streamion.bot is available in a free base version and with paid additional features (“Pro”).
(3) streamion.server. streamion.server comprises hosted streaming infrastructure in the packages Ingest, Relay and Studio:
- Ingest — reception of bonded SRT/SRTLA connections, compatible with BELABOX, IRL Toolkit and Moblin among others, and forwarding to target platforms;
- Relay — additionally, simultaneous delivery to multiple platforms with per-platform bitrate and resolution, automatic failover, a web interface and an API;
- Studio — a dedicated, remotely operated production instance with its own GPU and pre-installed streaming software.
Services are provided in data centres within the European Union by default; further locations are available on request.
(4) Applicable scope. The specific functional scope of each package — in particular the included data volume, the number of outputs and the server location — is determined by the service overview published on streamion.cloud as applicable at the time the contract is concluded.
(5) No guaranteed outcome. What is owed is the provision of the booked functions. No particular commercial success, reach or viewer count forms part of the contract.
3. Conclusion of contract, account and access
- Use of streamion.bot requires a Twitch account. Sign-in takes place via Twitch; no separate user account is created with the provider. The contract for the free base version is concluded when the Twitch channel is first connected.
- Paid additional features and streamion.server packages are ordered via the website or the customer portal. The contract is concluded when the provider confirms the order.
- The user shall keep their credentials and any access keys provided to them — in particular overlay and ingest URLs — confidential and shall not pass them on to third parties.
- The user may grant other persons graduated access rights to their dashboard. The user is responsible for their actions as for their own.
4. Beta phase
- streamion.bot is currently provided in an open beta phase and can be used free of charge during this phase.
- During the beta phase the service may contain errors, interruptions or incomplete features. Features may be changed or discontinued.
- This section does not apply to streamion.server.
5. Prices and payment
- The prices shown on streamion.cloud at the time of the order apply. For consumers, prices are inclusive of statutory VAT.
- A one-time setup fee may apply to streamion.server packages. It is waived where a minimum term of twelve months is agreed.
- Payment is due in advance for the respective billing period. Billing is handled by the payment service provider named on the website.
- If the user is in default of payment, the provider may suspend the affected services after prior notice.
6. Term and termination
- The free base version of streamion.bot is provided for an indefinite period and may be ended by the user at any time by disconnecting their channel.
- Paid services are billed monthly and may be terminated by either party with effect from the end of the current billing period, unless a minimum term has been agreed.
- Where a minimum term of twelve months has been agreed, termination is possible for the first time with effect from the end of that term.
- The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected. For the provider, good cause exists in particular in the event of a serious breach of Section 8.
- Termination requires text form; using the cancellation option in the customer portal is sufficient.
7. Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for paid contracts concluded by means of distance communication. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. Entrepreneurs have no right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal policy
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (LSKS Consulting, Frank Flamme, Friedrichstr. 155, 10117 Berlin, hello@streamion.cloud) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form reproduced below, although it is not obligatory. Alternatively you can complete and submit our online withdrawal form; we will confirm receipt without undue delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

8. User obligations
The user undertakes not to use the Services in order to:
- distribute unlawful content or infringe third-party rights, in particular copyright, trade mark and personality rights;
- breach the terms of connected platforms, in particular those of Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Discord or Spotify;
- disrupt or overload the operation of the Services, or circumvent security measures;
- misuse interfaces or integrations, or use them in an automated manner beyond the intended extent.
The user is responsible for the content transmitted via streamion.server. The provider does not monitor transmitted content.
9. Third-party services
The Services access third-party platforms and interfaces, in particular Twitch, Discord, Spotify, YouTube Music and StreamElements, and deliver streams to target platforms such as Twitch, YouTube or Kick. The provider is not responsible for their availability, functionality or terms. If third parties change or discontinue their interfaces, this may limit the usability of individual features.
10. Availability
- For streamion.server packages, the provider guarantees availability of 99.8% per calendar month, measured at the transfer point between the data centre and the internet.
- Periods of announced maintenance, impairments due to force majeure, and disruptions for which the provider is not responsible do not count as downtime — in particular outages at target platforms and third-party providers, disruptions of the user's internet connection, and faults in hardware, software or configuration used by the user.
- The provider will announce maintenance work with reasonable notice where possible and will carry it out primarily during off-peak periods.
- No specific availability is owed for streamion.bot, in particular during the beta phase and in the free base version.
11. Liability
- The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act.
- In cases of slight negligence, the provider is liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation — an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance the user may regularly rely. In such cases liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
- Any further liability is excluded.
- The user is responsible for backing up their own data and recordings.
12. Changes to the Services and to these terms
- The provider may further develop the Services and change individual features, provided that the contractually owed scope of services is not materially reduced as a result.
- The provider will notify material changes to paid services and changes to these terms in text form at least six weeks before they take effect. If the user does not object before they take effect, the changes are deemed accepted; otherwise the user may terminate the contract with effect from that date. The provider will point out both consequences in the notification.
13. Final provisions
- The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this applies only insofar as it does not restrict mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state of their habitual residence.
- If the user is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, Berlin is the exclusive place of jurisdiction.
- Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
- These terms are published in German and English. In the event of discrepancies, the German version prevails.
