Coworking

Coworking turns your stream into a focused work session: a timer / Pomodoro overlay, a to-do list you keep on screen, and a chat to-do list your viewers fill themselves. All three are browser sources you add in OBS, and all three can be driven from chat.

Coworking is a streamion.bot Pro feature. The overlays only render while Pro is active for your channel.

You'll find it under Overlays & Alerts → Coworking (/coworking/configure), with one tab per overlay: Timer, To-Do, and Chat To-Do.

Timer & Pomodoro

The timer overlay shows a big countdown with an optional label above it, in two modes:

Plain countdown — a one-off timer, optionally named (e.g. a 25-minute "Deep Work" block).
Pomodoro — Focus → Break → … → Long break, looping until you stop it. A row of dots under the countdown shows which round you're in.

Breaks switch the label and dots to a calm green, a paused timer dims, and a finished timer pulses.

Chat commands

!countdown and !pomo work as aliases. A timer you started keeps running until it finishes or you stop it — a bot restart clears a running timer, but your settings stay.

To-Do list

Your own session goals, live on stream. Add items in the dashboard or from chat; completed items stay visible with a strike-through, so chat can see what you got done. Each item carries a number — that's what you use in chat.

Up to 25 items, 200 characters each.
Manage them on the To-Do tab, or with !todo.

Removing an item renumbers the rest, so the numbers always match what's on screen.

Chat To-Do list

The same idea, but your viewers fill it — a shared board where everyone posts what they're working on. Each row shows the viewer's name, their own item number, and the task.

Only the viewer who added an item can complete or remove it. Moderators can clear the whole board.
Each viewer may have a limited number of open tasks at once (default 3, adjustable 1–20) — completed tasks don't count toward it.
Up to 100 tasks on the board, 200 characters each.

Adding the overlays in OBS

Each tab shows its own Browser source URL with a copy button. For each overlay you want, add a Browser source in OBS and paste its URL:

To-Do / Chat To-Do	about 400 × 600 — long entries wrap, and the list scrolls if there are more items than fit

The pages are transparent, so no chroma key is needed — just drag the source where you want it. An overlay that's switched off (or whose list is empty) shows nothing at all.

All coworking overlays use the same overlay token as your alert overlays and Buddies. Regenerating that token invalidates every overlay URL, so if you do, re-paste all of them in OBS. Keep the URLs private.

Custom fonts

On any coworking tab you can choose Custom font and upload your own — OTF, TTF, WOFF, or WOFF2, up to 2 MB. Uploaded fonts land in your Media library and can be reused across the coworking overlays. Otherwise pick a Google font or leave it on the system default.
